Central location at the entrance to the cities old quarter. Amazing staff, particularly Girolanda who greeted us every morning for breakfast and all the staff: front desk, cleaning and maintenance (we needed help in locking ourselves out of our safe). I cannot understate the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff of this hotel, exemplary customer service. Very good facilities and attention to detail. It happened to be my partners birthday when we were staying (which we didn’t inform the hotel about) and a complimentary bottle of Cava was brought to our room as a birthday gift. These small details are really impressive and something worth calling out for the care and attention to detail this hotel provides from arrival to post departure. Overall, a really lovely stay in a lovely hotel. The suite was a good size and attended to excellently. I rarely write reviews of hotels, perhaps out of apathy but I did find this hotel really great value and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Positive: - Room was nice, not too spacious, but with a comfortable king bed and a single bet for our daughter. Pillows were super nice. - Room had all the amenities, including coffee machine, small fridge and tea. - Bathroom was nice with great amenities, but the hair dryer was terrible (would work for 2 minutes ant heat up). - Our room had a small terrace, which was also nice. - Staff was nice, specially the downstairs bar staff. - Hotel has a small indoor pool, but yet a nice pool. - Breakfast was super good, with lot of options, fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. in the weekends, breakfast was served until 11am, which is also nice if you plan on sleeping in. - In our perspective location was good. Hotel is in the “edge” of the old city, but still easy to access by car (main reason why we found location good). All the main attractions were walkable (15 min). We had our 5 year old and a stroller, so all was good.

Good modern hotel in quiet cul de sac off a main road, and reasonably easy to find via satnav. Unloading and loading outside the hotel was excellent with a small elevator to reception area. Paid parking (not reserved) was just away from the hotel, but staff were very helpful in guiding the car to the private garage which was not needed again during 3 nights stay! Reception staff were lovely and our dog was made welcome! The Junior suite and balcony was not a large room and the views were over Seville rooftops with a glimpse of the Giralda Tower were interesting!! But still nice to have a balcony. The location is walkable to most major sites, the closest one being the Setas de la Encarnación! Plenty of cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance with some lovely breakfast places about 5 minutes away! The suite was clean and comfortable with a king size bed and good bathroom facilities and housekeeping!

Located on the edge of the old town...lots of bars and places to eat in the vicinity. It's about 20 mins walk to the Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral & Alcazar. A bit further to the bullring & Triana but closer for the Plaza de Encarnacion and shopping area. The hotel is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms which are spacious and well equipped. Large comfortable bed, huge shower (with shower gel, shampoo AND conditioner). Tea & coffee, a mini bar, safe. The TV links to your mobile so you cast a film. We had a room with a terrace and beautiful views of the city. The breakfast room was really nice and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh squeezed orange juice and lots of local produce. Choice of hot & cold buffet. Staff are warm & welcoming. It's a small hotel with very big standards. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very comfortable room, the upgraded Premium room was worth the extra. Nice balcony with view of the city skyline. The aircon worked well and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the large shower and bath room. Lighting was good and there is a large TV although we didn't use it. Breakfast was superb with great hot and cold options, delicious fresh orange juice and good coffee machines. The pool was a nice size and was warm. The bar prices were reasonable, we enjoyed a local Vermut at the poolside.
